Hi Monika, We’re really sorry to hear you feel this way and that the product did not meet your expectations. We understand your frustration. Our calming cushions are shipped vacuum-packed, so they often arrive flat or uneven at first and do need some time and fluffing to fully expand into their intended shape. One of our customer support team members will also reach out to you by email to help address your concerns directly and share a step-by-step guide on how to properly assemble and fluff the cushion for best results.
