I received the bed in a little over 3 weeks. So far so good. The shipment was held up in N.Y. but had good cummunication with a person named Joyce. Have to get my dog used to a bed as he has never had one. Being an abused dog it takes him a while to adjust to new things. I'm sure he will find out how comfy it is in time.

très contente de mon coussin anti stress il est super beau très bien à laver à 30degres sèche rapidement il est arrivé très bien emballé j'ai juste mis un petit mail car j'étais impatiente de ma commande mais du lendemain il ont répondu de patienter qu'il allait arriver qu'il avait été se renseigner. et moi de mon côté j'ai fait le suivi avec mon nos d'envoi et la plate-forme à dit que le colis était traité mais que il y avait du retard car ils avaient beaucoup de colis pour Noël 🤶 🎅 c'est un envoi par colissimo emballage très causteau site très sérieux je le recommande

not received the order and no response to complaint email

We bought one of these relaxer doughnut beds. When it came it needed about 48hrs to fluff up and get rid of a fishy smell, most unpleasant. Anyway that did go. Unfortunately my dog still prefers her old bed, if she gets in the new bed it's just for a short while, I have never seen her actually sleep in it at night. Also, they can be found cheaper in a large pet store in UK.

Customer service was good, the product Was fine as far as it went but vastly overpriced for the item. This was far too small for my medium sized dog. The returns policy for someone like me in their eighties made returning the item unviable
