We ordered the XL bed it arrived wasn’t quite as supportive as I thought it appeared in the advertisement. The Chief liked it. We thought the price was good too. We had to put him down 3 days later the team offered to give us 15 % of the purchase price back since we were donating his toys, food , bowls crates, medicines and all. They were very kind and generous. They made it easy and we appreciate it very much. So we choose not to return it. The shelter accepted our medicine that was already opened to foster dogs what a FANTASTIC IDEA! thank you very much. As deeply as we miss our boy great experience.

I was worried my package wouldn"t be delivered before I needed to leave town for Christmas. I texted an inside support person and they confirmed the delivery which made it just in time! Communication was key and I am pleased of the response and the accuracy was spot on!! Merry Christmas!😁

The item is too small for my dog - I followed your guide. Too expensive for what the item is.

The bed I received was not the bed I ordered or that’s advertised. I’ve sent email after email and NO response. The bed is missing the center part. Don’t buy this bed.

Item was received - after promised deadline and we do not need the item any longer. Have been attempting to return the item - UNOPENED - for a full refund. Refund policy requires return to the company's "nearest warehouse" with track and trace numbers issued by the shipper - but does NOT state a valid mailing address for the "nearest warehouse. Repeated requests to the Customer Service department citing request numbers 63460 and 73656 for the mailing address have been ignored. This company is a complete fraud. Their only "warehouses" are located China, estimated shipping cost $200+.

Fluffy friend looks so comfortable and our Bernese mountain dog loves it.

You sent the wrong size. It’s tiny.
