Hi Kari, Reviews like yours truly make our day. 🌟 We believe great customer service should be just as important as a great product, so we're delighted to hear our team delivered on both. Thank you for recognising the effort and for placing your trust in us.

Response from MrFluffyFriend™Jun 6, 2026

We love this bed
We love this bed. This is our second one. One for the Jeep and one inside for the best dog on the planet.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Jun 4, 2026
That’s such a great setup — one for the Jeep and one at home! 🐾 We’re really happy to hear this is already your second bed and that your dog is enjoying both. Thank you for your continued trust and support, Diane.

Response from MrFluffyFriend™Jun 4, 2026

I ordered a 40” bed & got a bed that is 36” & part of the outer ring has no stuffing in it. I previously purchased three 40” beds without any issue. When I emailed them with my problem & said I wanted to return it for a refund they emailed me instructions with a return label & informed me that they would not cover the shipping to send it back that I would have to pay the shipping. The quality of the product has really gone down & I think the customer service is pathetic. I will buy a MuddyMatt bed next time.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Jun 4, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment, Bruce, and we understand how frustrating this situation must be given your previous positive experiences. Upon checking, it looks like one of our customer service representatives is already assisting you via email. We kindly ask you to check the message they sent and provide the requested information so we can look into this properly and help resolve it for you. If you prefer not to continue via email, please note that returning the item is also possible and we do offer convenient local US return options. The instructions and return form provided are there to guide you through the process. We appreciate your feedback and are here to help you find the best solution. 🐾
