Originally my purchase was not filled…
Originally my purchase was not filled as requested. After expressing my dissatisfaction i was contacted by the CEO. He then proceeded to give me a partial refund after having said I would recieve a full refund. However he did correct their mistake and I am now satisfied with my interaction with the company. The dog bed is as advertised and Oliver is using the bed daily! Thankyou for your attention to this matter. Kind Regards Brian and Oliver

My dogs love every one of their fluffy…
My dogs love every one of their fluffy products. They have the blanket, the bed, the orthopedic bed, which is great for my greyhound, and now the couch cover. They automatically just go straight to that part of the couch. They wash up great. I have ordered one knock off from Amazon just because I wanted a small one for my little dog quick and I could get it overnight. My greyhound does use it for a pillow but it doesn't feel as nice and doesn't look as comfy. I'll always use your products from now on.

Shipping was quick
Shipping was quick. I bought the small for my cat. She liked it immediately. It’s soft and the color was nice. Overall a win.

Paid a good amount for what looked like…
Paid a good amount for what looked like the perfect bed. Item recieved was of cheap quality, had nothing like the padding advertised, material cover was cheap and zipper looked to be failing already. Overall i wouldnt waste your time or money. Its NOT FIT for purpose!! Return shipping is an address in Germany... will cost about the same as purchased item to send it back and get my money back!DO NOT BUY YOU WILL REGRET IT.
