I ordered 2 pet beds
I ordered 2 pet beds. One for our Berner and one for our pug. Our pug just loves the Berner's bed. And she looks adorable lying in it.

Electrically Charged
We received our Mr. Fluffy Friend anti-anxiety pet pillow last night and immediately opened it and allowed our young dogs to investigate. They are Irish Terrier crosses. First, their was a little tussle over whose bed it actually was. Later, our female, Freckles, was rubbing her face all over the faux fur and came away with the hair on her head & face statically charged. It was the funniest thing I had ever seen. We love the pillow! So do Freckles & Scruffy. It does seem to de-stress them too. (The vet calls them "crazy puppies.")

Pure luxury
I was annoyed initially when I ordered bed because I was informed it could take up to 21 days for delivery. My dog was getting spayed yesterday and needed something comfortable asap. Could not cancel order but I’m glad now. Thanks to Rose for helping a speedier delivery. Now Daisy can recover in comfort.

Still waiting for a response and replacement
I ordered 2 beds for my cats , they are far too small , I emailed them and they said I could re-order at 30% discount as they don’t do returns even though 1 was unopened. I’ve shown them the new order size, over 9 emails sent and getting nowhere. Getting really cross and annoyed with them now . What a shame it’s a nice product and would have given 5 star rating but sadly rubbish company for customer service , it says uk based but I suspect China or US . If they don’t respond by Monday I’m going to purchase from a new company . What a waste on my time , postage and 2 items that are of no use so donated to animal charity. Update on todays delivery , I have eventually received my 2larger beds for my cats and they are ‘purfect’ , such a shame it took so many emails,

Big Soft Fluffy Bed!!
We just received and opened the XXL bed. We’re so pleased. It’s really fluffy and soft and a great size for our German Shepherd. We can’t wait to give her this comfy new bed for Christmas! She’s going to love it! Customer service was great too - after placing the order we wanted to change the color- emailed the company late on a Friday afternoon and got a response granting our request that same evening.
