Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company I tried to cancel my order within 1 hour of buying it, only to be told that it is not a possible process !! that would not be an issue for any reputable company, 2nd reply to further e-mail I sent —- sorry it has been processed 3rd reply to my further email —- sorry it has been despatched 1st e-mail was 1st December. Bed arrived on the 12th They offer you returns but don't tell you that you have to ship back the China at your own expense from the UK so people just don't bother. So I am stuck with it now Appalling customer service with the same rhetoric. Avoid this Company

We are all in heaven!
We are all in heaven! We ordered one pet bed for the 3 cats we care for. We have a female with stress issues and one of the males with anxiety, so we were apprehensive about the results promoted on your page. After a week of experience, I can say that peace is all over our house. The female adopted it immediately as the favourite spot and the males are taking turns on it. I am jealous that I can't fit inside it. It was our best cat product purchase in the last year.

I ordered the XXL bed then got a email…
I ordered the XXL bed then got a email saying upto 21 days to ship and might have to pay duty, I have sent numerous emails to cancel but I have had no reply. They should say they are not a UK based company and provide a contact number or at least reply to my emails

Disappointing
Disappointing anxiety bed devoid of enough stuffing to provide any meaningful support / comfort to my Dog. Material looks good but is not very durable - I’ve had it a few months and will have to replace it already - perhaps the size (XL) / construction is better suited to a smaller - medium sized dog - but sadly not mine

I sent a letter yesterday stating that…
I sent a letter yesterday stating that the size of the bed in not as large as expected. My pet won't go near it. The quality is poor for the money I spent. It came all stuffed in a smell shipping bag, the middle of this bed rises instead of being lowered for the pet to curl in.

This is our third one we’ve bought
This is our third one we’ve bought. They wash well, stay fluffy and our dogs love them. We still have the previous two because they are built so well and seem like they will last forever!

This bed became an instant favorite…
This bed became an instant favorite with my dogs, and I have never purchased a pet bed that was so loved. in addition to how good the product is, I had a really great experience working with their customer service department when I needed to change the size of the bed I had ordered. I can strongly recommend this bed for your pup.

Happy Campers
We received our 3rd Mr. Fluffy Friend bed today, a necessity, since our two chihuahuas, Joe and Poppy and calico cat, Pink, were forever vying for supremacy in laying claim to the 2 we already have. It was like musical chairs for them, only not as fun. They are the best pet beds by a long shot, well-made, totally washable and cozy. We have three happy campers now!
