In and asleep before bed had time to expand ...
I have a 12 year old labradoodle and no sooner had I opened the package and thrown it on the floor to allow for the 15minute expansion - he'd jumped on it and was asleep almost instantly. He won't use any other bed now.....

Could be better
Like many others, I'm disappointed with the product in terms of size and how long it took to be delivered. On a positive note, our dog seems to like it even if she's spilling out.

Superweiches Bett

If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would! This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an online company. I’m beginning to feel as if this is a scam company altogether. I placed & paid for my order on 11/19/23 & as of today 12/13/23 I still have no pet bed, & can’t get anyone from Mrfluffyfriend to reply to any of my 3 emails, as there is no telephone number for them (which is a red flag imo) I was given 2 tracking numbers for 1 pet bed, 1 said it went all the way across the country from where I live & delivered mind you, the other one had stated it was in NY for the entire time not moving, but I had been given a delivery date that was missed obviously, then when the one that went to the other side of the country & said it was delivered, the 1st tracking number disappeared from my dashboard! Now I need to work with my bank to get my money back since it appears I’m not getting my order…what an awful experience!

Poor quality. Don’t buy
As soon as I ordered this I was sent an email to say it was delayed. I asked to cancel it. I had an immediate reply that it had been dispatched. I think the delay is because the website is not up front that the item is being sent from china. I don’t like buying things from china purely because I have had problems sending items back. The dog bed came within a couple of weeks. It is not a good quality item There is little substance to it. If I had seen it in a shop I would definitely not have bought it. It’s not worth £50. Potentially I could pay for it to be returned to china but it’s not worth it. This sort of item would cost £40 plus to return. Its not a bad travel bed for the dog. It folds up quite small. But I am left feeling ripped off. By the way the company offered me a financial reward for writing a positive review. I think it’s more important to be honest.
