Love the beds but the shipping???I
My dogs love there new beds as do I. My complaint is about delivery. I live in New Jersey so delivery should’ve been pretty fast. Package was sent out then it went to Chicago then went back to there factory then came to me. It says it was sent from Jamaica New York. So??? It’s a shame cause we really like them. I would’ve bought 2 more cause I am going to Florida and they would’ve been perfect for the car ride and hotel but I’m afraid they won’t arrive in time (was waiting to order in case I didn’t like them) Now I have to go to the pet store and buy two beds but I know we won’t like☹️

My daughter Kim and I ordered two xl…
My daughter Kim and I ordered two xl beds before November 20th. Have not recieved them. Every time we go to tracking they say they are in Jamaica New York. We have both tried to contact you, only answer we get is we are checking on your order. Or they are on the way. It is December 10th and no beds delivered yet. Not sure if you are even a real company says you have no customer service and buyer beware. Also no phone number. I did see you are not in the USA. Please look I to my order if you are a real company. Sorry for such a harsh letter but know one likes to get ripped off. Pat Hinch Kim Newell Springer

My Dogs Love the Fluffy Beds
My Dogs Love the Fluffy Beds. The only thing is we ordered and paid for 2 of the Largest beds and only received 1 of them so far. I would recommend the products just the customer service needs some attention. Jthutta

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - CHINESE CO, REFUSE TO REFUND AND IGNORE EMAILS - Read all the terrible reviews!!!
Scam! Didn’t receive until I’d sent numerous complaint emails! Received a small rolled up bag of cheap furry material which I haven’t opened, but no way large. I asked to cancel they wouldn’t. I’ve asked to return, I have to pay postage costs to China. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Wish I had read reviews on here !!! £47 down 😡😡😡😡 Now ignoring all my emails. Sarah - still no email as promised, and all emails I have received so far state you will not refund me and I need to pay postage to China!! Sarah. - DO NOT RESPOND WITH COMMENTS WHICH ARE NOT TRUE ! 17/12/23 & 26/12/2023 still no contact or attempt to resolve!!

Two fluffies
I ordered two at the same time for our dogs and apparently one came one week and the other came the following week. My dogs had to wait to use them because it wouldn’t be fair. I feel the quality is a little bit cheap for the price I imagined it would have more support than it has other than that they’re very soft. Hopefully they last.
