Buyer be Aware ... Return Shipping to China
Colour is not anywhere near the colour shown on web site and beware that this is a Chinese Company and they force you to return items at your cost to China

Nachtrag zur Rezension vom 23.11: untenstehende Antwort kam vom Kundendienst, als ich eine schlechte Kritik- wie viele andere Rezensenten- über die Rücksendebedingungen schrieb. In der Antwort des Kundendhesnstes steht, man habe nach meiner Rezension eine Rückerstattung durchgeführt. Das stimmt nicht! Andere Rezensenten lesen dies und bekommen den Eindruck, das Unternehmen habe fair gehandelt! Die 5,10€ (15%) hatte ich- es war leider Nachdruck notwendig- bereits bekommen. SCHADE! Wiedermal auf eine gut gestaltete Internetseite reingefallen. "Hallo Goldsprotte, wir schätzen Ihr Feedback und verstehen Ihre Bedenken. Es tut uns leid, von Ihren Erfahrungen zu hören. Avoid. Pure scam
Absolutely atrocious company. Ordered the bed, then went to cancel within 12 hours after reading so many bad review experiences. Was told that it was too late to cancel as it had been shipped, and 12 days later, a small, dense package arrived. Haven't opened, because we are now fighting to return it after being told we must pay the costs, but you couldn't pack our dogs existing 3 year old half eaten bed down this small. Customer service take days to respond, baiting out the 30 day return policy, and then flay out refuse to do anything to help. Pure scam. Pure trash. Avoid.

Commandé en novembre, les 2 paniers sont arrivés le 15/12. Miracle.... Essayez de répondre aux mails, ça rassurera vos clients. Du coup, pas encore déballé, donc pas d'appréciation sur le produit.
