C'est une blague ou une arnaque
Colis reçu plus de trois semaines après la commande ne correspond pas du tout à la description c'est clairement une arnaque. Nous sommes vraiment déçu

“XL dog bed”
I ordered this off of flip app. I ordered an XL and this bed is so small. Idk if my dog will even fit on it. The color is also not great. I got in apricot and its very yellow. Its super soft and comfy but not as expected.

Slow shipping, poor customer support and return policy.
Ordered a dog bed directly from their website during Black Friday sale for our new puppy. Order arrived after 15 days, which was way later than initially communicated. Since I had already purchased another bed by then, I asked to return it. Their shipping policy states that the return needs to be shipped China and the shipping expenses need to be borne by the buyer, even if the reason for return is late delivery. Would recommend against buying directly from them, buy from Amazon if you have to.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Dec 26, 2023
Dear AG, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We're sorry to hear about the delay in shipping and the challenges you faced with our return policy. We are actively working to improve our shipping processes and communication to ensure a better experience for our customers. Regarding the return policy, we understand your concerns and will review our policies to provide a more customer-friendly approach. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we value your input as it helps us enhance our services. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer support team. Best regards, Sarah Team MrFluffyFriend™

Pure arnaque

This made it just in time for Christmas…
This made it just in time for Christmas for our big baby Max. I expected it to be a little bigger but it does serve its purpose. Max loves it! He plays with it more than just relaxing on it. I just hope it lasts a very long time. It is soft and fluffy and yea I would purchase it again and would recommend you to purchase as well.
