You & Your Fur Babies WILL LOVE IT!
Let me just get this out the way first. I ordered this about 2 weeks before Christmas because my wife saw the advertisement on Facebook. I usually do not buy from social media….scams and all…but I loved the look and description of the bed so I took a chance—I’m so glad I did!! It came a day after Christmas which was fine because of how late I ordered it. Pros: 1. It’s just like the pictures!!! 2. Very Very Fluffy, Plush & soft material!! 3. The bed can be washed by simply unzipping the shell 4. Orders the Large. I have 2 large Pitbulls girls who fits perfectly/comfortably with room 5. Cushion is thick & plush…I want to curl up in it lol Cons: None. Just get one.

After over a month waiting for this
After over a month waiting for this, it came the day after Christmas. I ordered a XL for my 60 lb Goldendoodle. After airing it out for 15 minutes like the instructions said, my doodle could only lay part of his body on it. XL is for a small dog. Pictures were very not what the product came as. The return address was from a lady named Jane from an apartment in N.J. Do not buy this product.

Complete garbage!
Received a "bed" that is nothing like what is shown in their advertisements. Literally, no padding... This thing is a joke that showed up in a small shipping envelope. I knew, even before opening the package, that this thing was going to be garbage. I purchased the XXL bed for my 7-month-old Cane Corso, and he is basically lying on the floor when in the bed due to the non-existent padding. I wrote the same complaints in one of their advertisements, but, as you would guess, my comment was deleted. What a joke. Complete waste of money. Look elsewhere for a decent bed!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Dec 27, 2023

The XXL bed is NOT XXL
The XXL bed is NOT XXL - Half of my dog fits on it. I hope people read this review before ordering and wasting their money. You would sell beds if you were honest. You don't need my order number to know that this review is true. I gave it to my brother for their poodle.

BEWARE: Returns have to go to China at your cost!
DON’T BUY PRODUCTS FROM ‘MRFLUFFYFRIEND’! I bought a dog bed which I thought would be the right size but turned out to be a lot smaller than expected and the quality was nowhere near as good as they enthusiastically described it in their advertising, especially the base which is very thin. Checked on their website for a returns address but the advice was to email them. They told me I had to return it at my own cost to CHINA! Happily my credit card company has taken it on as a disputed transaction on the basis of misinformation. Note: I can see ‘Sarah’ from the company has already replied with one of their standard responses. When and if they send me another email, it will undoubtedly offer me (again) a discount on a replacement bed which I certainly won’t be accepting, but they will definitely still be insisting I return the existing one to China. I’m going to check Trustpilot before I buy from unknown companies in future!!

Buyer be aware !
Buyer be aware ! Per this sites instructions I followed completely . Ordering a large bed for my 37 lb dog . Took weeks to receive . At best this should be for 15-20 lb dog. I immediately sent request for refund ( per their stated information and included picture of dog toy to illustrate size /depth ) received apology and would not accept return . I’ve used Serta beds for my dogs ranging 30-100 lbs ., decided to try as when site reviews were great ., But they don’t post Trust Pilot reviews which are low . I will go back to Serta
