a bit of disappointment..

Heard about Mr. Fluffy Friend from a friend.Thought I hit the jackpot on cozy beds, but tbh it turned out to be a mix of "yay" and "nay". First off, the beds LOOK dope. Super plush and all, making me kinda jealous of Bella. Got two XLs, thinking Bella would be living the dream. But LOL, the "XL" is more like a medium? Bella tries to fit but ends up half in, half out. She digs the vibe but can't fully sprawl out. Was hoping for this epic bed upgrade and it kinda flopped. Then, there's the whole customer service drama. Added an extra item to my cart by magic and getting it sorted was a headache. Shot them an email and got a "too late, probably packing your order" kinda deal within seconds. Like, really? 😒 But gotta give them credit, they offered a 15% refund after I aired some frustration. Not what I wanted, but better than nothing I guess
