Never arrive
Thanks for requesting this review so I can share that I never received the product I paid for from this company. Neither did the company provide an order number so that I could track the package despite an email saying that tracking info would soon be sent. Buyer beware

Beds nice and soft
Beds nice and soft, nice colours, dogs not very impressed at first, but will get used to them. They arrived smaller than I was expecting. Only came today.

The quality is beautiful/ wrong color!
The quality is beautiful; nice and think n soft. My dog loves it! The problem is and it’s a big problem to me: I just redid my bedroom is mint and ordered this bed in mint but the color is aqua blue not mint. The picture mint color is not the same as the actual color so I want my money back anyway please!?! Very disappointed!

Un peu de soucis au début car la…
Un peu de soucis au début car la livraison mettait du temps à arriver, mais service client au top ! Une réponse rapide et rassurante je trouve. Article reçu ce jour, mon boxer ne s'est pas fait prier pour aller s'y coucher et même le chat a l'air d'y prendre goût. Je recommande ce site pour ma part

Keine korrekte Bearbeitung von Bestellung / Versand Rückzahlung
Zunächst dauerte es ewig bis der Artikel gesendet werden sollte, daher wurde storniert, angeblich war der Artikel zur Zeit der Stornierung schon im Logistikzentrum bereitgestellt, also keine Stornierung mehr möglich... obwohl der Artikel angeblich im Logistikzentrum versandbereit gemacht wurde, dauerte es wiederum 10 Tage bis er per Post geliefert wurde, die Annahme verweigert, jetzt wiederum warten auf die Rückzahlung

I had no idea a medium bed was so small…
I had no idea a medium bed was so small only my cat will sleep in it. If it weren't for that I would have given one star.

I have bought beds and blankets
I have bought beds and blankets. I have made 4 wonderful dogs incredibly happy. They roll around enjoying the soft feeling on their bodies. Just watching them is rewarding.

This is the second bed I've bought for…
This is the second bed I've bought for Cara. She's a rescue & I bought the first one going on the size the rescue told me she was. She loves the first one but it's a bit small for her - she can't stretch out in it & she has very long legs. It's an instant success! She snuggled straight into it & gave a little sigh of contentment & wriggled around in it - it's very soft & comforting for her. The customer service is excellent - as soon as I placed the order I received an email welcoming me back - by name. I know it's probably run by a bot but it was a nice touch.
