The bed arrived fairly quickly but…
The bed arrived fairly quickly but after 2 weeks I found a large rip in the fabric which is dumping stuffing all over. I've contacted the company and before they will do anything, they want to see a picture of the bed which is no problem, but they also want a pic of the box it came In and the packing slip, both of which have gone in the trash.

This bed is a big hit
This bed is a big hit! As soon as we opened the package (and let the bed air out for 15 minutes), we put it on the floor and one of our dogs immediately got in it and sat down. Then, her sister sat down right next to her and they cuddled with each other! That sure didn't take long. This was a great purchase and I appreciate the eco-friendly packaging too.

Finally purchased the "real thing" and not an imitation
After purchasing "imitations" of this bed from another retailer, I have now ordered two for my two dogs. The first one worked out great but was a little smaller than I thought it would be. They often like huddling in one together but now I have one for each dog. They are soft, snuggly, and wash/dry easily. They look a little more "stuffed" on the website photos, but regardlesss...my dogs love them! We sit outside at night with our propane heat lamp and they love laying in one of the beds together while my husband and I enjoy some adult beverages on the deck!

We have four of these beds for our two dogs— a Dachshund Chihuahua and a Norwegian Elkhound. They love these beds!

Great product!
I first purchased a fluffy bed for my big dog who sometimes is a bit neurotic. He took to the bed right away and seemed to enjoy it. My little dog kept trying to steal the bed so I ordered another for him. The company updated me that the second bed would be delayed; however, I still felt like I received it timely. But I appreciate the communication. Btw, my little dog loves having his own fluffy bed. I'd recommend the fluffy bed to any dog owner.

Our dog will not lay on this dog bed
Our dog will not lay on this dog bed. This is the first time we have bought a bed that she would not try out right away. Cannot return as packaging is gone.

The service has been top-notch
The service has been top-notch! When I received my dog's bed, it was a little too small for him. I reached out to customer service, not only did they provide me with options to return/exchange the bed, she offered me a discount code for the next bed. The response time is quick and they are more than flexible to work with. Great Service!!!!!!
