My dogs needed a new dog bed so I did thorough research to find the perfect one for them. One has some anxiety so I was wanting something that was very comfortable but also perfect for a more calming environment when he lays in it. They are my world so I want nothing but the absolute best for them. When it arrived I happened to be home and immediately opened it. After I got it out of the package I set it up for him and he immediately climbed in. My smaller dog tried it out later one and I now have trouble getting them out of it. He is a beagle / basset hound mix and she is a Pomeranian. I got the largest to make sure there’s plenty of room for both of them although I would not be opposed to getting her one just for her as she deserves a space just for her. Both of my dogs are rescued and are obsessed with this bed. I couldn’t ask for more perfect dog bed for my babies. Thank you!!!!!

SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

Purchased a bed, could not tell or did not notice before ordering the base has very little padding and cannot be removed so will have to wash the whole bed, it lacks structure around the sides so with my labrador sleeping on it the sides collapse and have to be continually refluff so not sure how long that will last. The packaging looked like it was german. On opening the packaging decided it was not something that was going to be value for money looking at the base and extremely soft sides. Emails were responded to promptly and the refund form attached when I said it was not going to be suitable BUT the one thing I did not email prior to buying was to find out the location I found at this point returns are to China and the cost of a tracked parcel is almost the cost of the product, was offered £8.99 discount off my bill for not returning it which I felt was going to be my easiest option rather than send a parcel to China wait for a refund giving me about the same as the discount. Lesson learnt, investigate where the company is located for any possible returns and ask more questions before parting with the hefty cost

I purchase the hair removal brush just recently I tried it to remove dog hair on several things and it doesn’t work on anything doesn’t work. I have two dogs one with long silky hair and one short hair. A old fashioned lint brush still works the best

No one will respond to my request for return information. I have sent messages for over ten days. My 30 day return window is expiring. I must have a reply. It is not legal to promise return responses then totally snub a customer. I will take all action to avoid being penalized because your company completely ignores the messages I am sending UPDATE. response received Thank you

My cats love their Mr Fluffy beds. One cat very nervous but totally relaxes when he's in Mr Fluffy bed. Highly recommend Mr Fluffy.

The pug loved the bed so much that when we got a second pug we had to get a second bed!
