Horrible product
I bought a lighted collar and the charging part of it almost immediately broke. For a while, I could put it back together, and I couldn’t all I’m charging it directly without the plastic pieces that contain the charging element. This of course means that the whole I did color falls apart, and even when charge doesn’t last very long. Horrible product and I want to refund.

SIZE
I ordered a large bed for my husky. The bed is so small for a cat. Not happy with size descriptions. The company provided options to insure my happiness. They succeeded.

Great comfort for a rescue dog
I have a rescue dog. He was abused and had a very hard life. When I received my new dog bed, it comforted him. Today is the 4th. The fireworks scare him. He immediately got in his bed and he is more calm and secure.

Ideal for bulldogs!
I have an elderly bulldog who loves the sofa cover and her new dog bed. She used to pile up blankets and cushions to make a deep bed but now the raised edges of both the cover and the bed mean no more digging on the sofa! I find them easy to wash and dry, which is a big help. I would recommend strongly for dogs that like to be warm and cosseted.

Customer service was outstanding
Customer service was outstanding. My dog died before it arrived, but I gave the bed to a friend whose dog uses it regularly, drags it around, etc. It was a good purchase!

Don’t order anything from these thieves!
Don’t be stupid and order anything from this company. This company and everyone affiliated with them are thieves! Bought 2 XXL beds for our dogs and there was no fill in the beds. Attempted to return the beds and they required me to return ship to China which would cost me $800 non-reimbursable by the company. Who knows if they would ever even receive the beds through Chinese delivery. These beds were also sent from fictitious addresses in the U.S. using fraudulent names of individuals. Everyone screwed by these people must contact the US Attorney’s office and file a complaint. Using today’s date of experience to keep this up front for everyone to know about this scam!

I purchased a Large Anxiety Relieving Dog…
I purchased a XXL Anxiety Relieving Dog Bed a couple years ago and my German Shepherds love it. I decided to Oder another one for my Toy Yorkies. After reading the website and reviews, I ordered a small bed. The small was too small. I contacted Customer Service and was giving options on my return. I decided to reorder another bed but ordered a Large. Contacted Customer Service again and requested my order be delivered ASAP. My Dogs will be going to a Kennel in a week and wanted to make sure I get my order on time and want them to be comfortable in their new bed. My second order was delivered in days, that’s Customer Service!!! Greatly appreciate it!
