I hope you read the reviews before you contemplate purchase. Wish I had. Don’t bother ordering this, it’s appalling. So thin my dog tried to make it into a bed by rolling it into a ball. Zero customer service, you can only reach them via email and then the agent replies and it’s a waste of her oxygen and mine. I tried to cancel my order within hours,even told them my dog had died, but they had my money and were not giving it back. The agent has generously suggested that I can return it, but as that requires posting to China back to the ever helpful agent not worth while.

Wi hatten ein Fluffy Hundebett bestellt. Uns wurde ein undefinierbars Knäul in Plastikfolie mit Klebeband verschnürt zugesendet 20 x 25 cm groß, ein Loch in dem Paket. Wir finden keine Möglichkeit das Paket zu öffner, da wir nicht wissen wo man die Schere oder Messer ansetzen soll ohne dem Hundbett ein Schaden zu zufügen. Auf unser gesendete E-Mail erfolgte keine Reaktion.

My oreo, cavapoo puppy would bark in his Kennel, with this pillow he does not bark as much, only had a week, he doesn't chew this pillow either.

Hi all...we have a MAD LURCHER CROSS GEYHOUND/DEERHOUND Rescue dog LUKA and forever grateful to be rid of his previous awful owner. Loves his Fluffy Bed two nights ago he was out for a walk with my wife and we just had a new delivery from you guys,so I was watching the Olympics on TV and I thought I would try out his bed,curled up on the floor and Luka's new bed and fell asleep, Luka came in about 9pm and as my said ,saw me on his bed and started walk around me and then start to lie down next to me, after a couple of minutes his long legs started to try and push me off his bed and each time I moved he would just wiggle in my place until he had enough room. Its such a lovely site to see this big dog so comfortble spread out and at peace. Brilliant make.

Our dog loves this bed! Super comfy for her and she hasn’t stopped laying in it since we got it 2 days ago!

8/13/24 Update: I still haven't received the 2nd bed and they're still giving me the run around. I've asked for a credit for the 2nd bed that has clearly been lost in transit. This entire company is a joke, the product quality is less than subpar and they fact they've been stringing this out for 44 DAYS is unconscionable. They did offer me a measly 15% discount for not being satisfied with the first bed but given their business practices, I will not hold my breath for that to happen. Very, very disappointing experience over all. I ended up ordering (2) of these beds for my pup because a friend of mine told me how much her pup loved his. I cannot say that I am impressed. My pup likes the bed just fine but the look of it is shaggy and unkempt. I asked my friend to see hers (that she purchased a while ago) and her bed looked nice and fluffy and yes shaggy but mine looks like it has mange compared to hers. Also what is really making me mad now is that I ordered the 2nd bed on 6/30/24, order # 266731, and it has yet to arrive. I emailed customer service and they responded, but we're dismissive about the extraordinary amount of time that has elapsed. She told me she "asked the carrier to speed things up for me" which you know as well as I do, they're not going to speed anything up for me and my dog bed. All in all, I'm super disappointed in the quality of the bed I did get and I'm REALLY disappointed by the dismissive tone of your CS rep. Coincidently, my friend had ordered another bed at the same time I did and when hers arrived, she compared the original bed and the one she received and the quality is totally different from her original. So here we are now, 1 day short of my order taking 30 days to get here. Not only will I never order from your company again, I will not recommend you to anyone and will strongly encourage them to go elsewhere. There are a lot of manufacturers for specialty pet products out there and it's shocking to me the lack of care or urgency in which this matter was handled.
