I have received two of Myfluffyfriends
I have received two of Myfluffyfriends. My two cats seems to really enjoy them. The colors are not too bold and they look appropriate in any room, even the living room.

Small bed for small dogs good; large round bed doesn't hold up to washing. originally ordered a bed that was too…
I originally ordered a bed that was too small, but my dog seemed to make it work. When my friend's small dog took an interest in Mindy's bed, I gave it to my friend and ordered the larger round bed. The dog loves it, but it is too large for anything but an industrial washer, which means a laundromat at $10 a wash. By the second wash the center section was collapsed and useless, so I ordered a new bed with the washable cover, which my dog shows no interest in using. It's flat and it's clear she loves beds with raised sides. Good for small dogs; not so much for over 50 lb dogs who desire a raised edge.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Joan. We appreciate your feedback on the beds for different-sized dogs. I'm sorry to hear that the larger round bed didn't hold up as expected after washing. One of our customer support representatives is already looking into this and will send you a follow-up email to address your concerns. We want to ensure that both you and your dog are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to respond to our email.

Terrible misrepresentation, Bad quality, poor customer service
They make this bed look super fluffy and nice, but it’s so deceiving. It’s not thick or well cushioned, the only thing fluffy is the furry type fabric that makes it appear thick.. I purchased 2 XXL sized beds for my fur babies at $80 each. I assumed they would be nice, fluffy, good quality BUT one only lasted one night. The thickness is just a tad taller than my Burt’s Bees tube of chapstick that I placed next to it to show size on my picture I posted on their Facebook. My dog had a hole in one of the supposed “quality” beds and the cotton that it’s stuffed with is minimal. I emailed and they are willing to give me $12 back. Totally a waste of money! I’ve bought much cheaper beds that have never been torn up. I just thought these would be super nice for my sweeties. Bad choice and $160 lost.

A complete fraud
A complete fraud. I bought 2 beds and a couch bed if you will my Labrador would not touch them. If you know labs, then you know they are dogs that will determine if something is bad for them. I went to return items. They finally after three weeks and many emails sent the return information. I was to spend over $600 to return items to China. Never ever was this disclose on their website. I look into who had sent it. It came from Jamaica,NY. AND THE sender address was from a rental in a bad neighborhood in Chicago. This is a fraudulent website. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!! I was lucky and used my platinum Amex card. I will be refunded my money. But I will spend many hours so that this product is denied entry to the USA. These products are bull…. DO NOT BUY. I WILL STOP THEM. I love my dog and they f….ed with the wrong person.

My dog (and I) LOVE this bed!!
My dog - a 13 year old border terrier - absolutely loves his Mr. Fluffy Friend bed! He gets so comfy in it and just snores away! 💤 Plus, I love it because it's so easy to wash in the washing machine, then I hang it outside, fluff it on NO HEAT in the dryer, and it's fresh and new again!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Aug 15, 2024
Wow, JMC, we're absolutely delighted that you had such a great experience with the MrFluffyFriend bed! It really warms our hearts to know that both you and your 13-year-old Border Terrier are so fond of it. Hearing that your pup is all snuggled up and comfortable in their new bed, and that it's a breeze to keep clean, just makes our day. Thanks a bunch for the kind words and for choosing our product. We're all about keeping tails wagging, so here's to many more blissful nap times for your furry buddy! 🫰🥰

DO NOT BUY
poor material to make bed. no support from the sides lays flat like a rug. my dog refused to lay on it. inquired for a refund and was given an address in China. Really? Customer service, through email only, was slow to respond back and did NOT help me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
