2 weeks after ordering and the tracking…
2 weeks after ordering and the tracking number provided is not recognized by USPS. Item supposedly still in LA. Email responses nothing but excuses. Save your money and frustration, buy elsewhere Edit 12/18. Received the usual “we’re so sorry” response. If you really want to see how you will be treated if you buy, look them up on the BBB website! Whatever you do, do your research. They will do absolutely nothing for me, guaranteed.

Order hasn't arrived 15 days after the order.
I ordered a bed 15 days ago and it still has not arrived. The company is asking me to give them a review.

Seriously unhappy with this product
Seriously unhappy with this product. Ordered an xxl , really lacks filling and it's nowhere near as deep as the pictures lead you to believe and it's blue not dark grey. The returns policy is a bit of a joke considering it has to be sent back to China within 30 days of the order. BUT when it takes over 2 weeks to arrive it doesn't leave much time to repost. I've been offered £15 compensation! I've asked for more filling to be sent to me which has been totally ignored.

I have never received my order
I have never received my order. Every time I call or follow up with customer service I just keep getting told that it'll be there it's on its way be patient. It's past the 15 days or when it might be delivered. I can check the tracking order and see that it's stuck at the same facility for the past 16 days or 17 days. Every time I call or email customer service they are of zero help. But they are very big on pushing their promotions and wanting you to buy more which I would never do because it's probably all a scam.

Ordered My Fluffy on 2nd Dec 24
Ordered My Fluffy on 2nd Dec 24, not arrived yet, went to tracking and it is not even in transit yet, keeps saying there is a problem come back tomorrow. Well tomorrow never comes.
