I ordered a large dog bed but when it arrived it was really small. I have emailed several times for a return address and refund over the past week and still haven’t had a response. The customer service is so poor! I just want to return the bed and get a refund!

Ich habe eine Bestellung bei MrFluffy getätigt und nach Erhalt umgehend die schlechte Qualität des Artikels (Das beste Anti-Angst Hundebett, ganz schlechte Qualität ! ) beanstandet und dann um die Zusendung eines Rücklieferungscheines gebeten, damit ich den Kaufbetrag zurückerstattet bekomme. Diesen Rückmeldeschein habe ich erhalten und nun soll ich die Rücksendung nach China schicken, obwohl das Unternehmen suggeriert, eine deutsche Niederlassung (siehe https://mr fluffyfriend.de/ ) zu sein. Da die Kosten aber für die Rücksendung nach China den Kaufbetrag bei weitem übertreffen und ich nach Sichtung des Impressums ( bereits auch vor dem Kauf) herausgefunden habe, dass es sich um ein niederländisches Unternehmen handelt, habe ich das Unternehmen angeschrieben, die Ware an einer niederländischen oder deutschen Anschrift entgegen zu nehmen und den Kaufrücktritt abzuwickeln, damit mir der Kaufbetrag zurückerstattet wird. Das Unternehmen meldet sich aber nicht zu einer alternativen Rücksendungsadresse, was ich nun als Verweigerung deuten muss und ich somit keine Möglichkeit habe, eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten. Nach meinem Ermessen ist der Ort der Rücksendung der Standort des Unternehmens, sprich die Niederlande und keinesfalls China, egal woher der Unternehmer seine Ware bezieht bzw. von wo er aus versendet. Es gab auch weder vor und bei Bestellung den Hinweis zu der Retourenrichtlinien, dass die Ware im Rückgabefall nach China zurückgeschickt werden muss.

Ordered on Nov 29 2924. Has not arrived yet. Two messages from them say please be patient. Give us 7 days / I doubt now I’ll be able to get a refund. Any one here get a refund?? . Update December 31st. Was just delivered, packaging was strange, non professional. After 3 emails, and no response to refund request, I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. Order on Amazon, you’ll get something similar in 3 or 4 days.

Ordered Dec 1. As of Dec 16, they have never shipped the items and are sitting on my money. They presented it as if it was in stock and then are waiting for it to clear customs from China so it can be shipped. They refuse to cancel my order. They refuse to refund my money. They are not trying to do anything. I'm calling my credit card company this morning to solve the problem. Read their other reviews, lots of people don't seem to be getting their shipments. Beware, they are awful. I ordered a similar item, probably better quality, from Chewy and it arrived in 2 days. UPDATE: This is now in the hands of the issuing bank of my credit card. Your site promises it will be en route within no more than 4 days. It's been 18 days and you still won't refund my money. I have the tracking information that shows USPS is still waiting for it. At this point the only thing you can do is refund the money or talk with Capital One. Please do not contact me further, Capital One is my proxy and representative at this point in time.

so very disappointed and hoped they would be as pictured. Logistics is obviously an issue with this organisation but they should be honest and upfront. I've been waiting since 25th November and had a number of emails exchanges but still no beds. And a standard "check the tracking" which has never moved and the number not even started in royal mails site. Any update (or even better the items delivered) would be good. But getting radio silence now since I said I would want my money back My beds arrived Monday and Tuesday this week which I was relieved with. I did say I would update the review as they do look ok but dogs not tried yet as for Xmas. Do hope they consider there communication in future and probably would find it they gave realistic delivery time people would still buy and not complain. Increased my rating from 1 to 3but could have done without the stress

13 days and order still hasn’t shipped. have traded e-mails w customer service (what an oxymoron) multiple times. all they want you to do do is blame their shipper. have tried yo cancel my order, they ‘claim’ it is already shipped. the tracking they supplied clearly shows it has not. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered product end of November and now 10 days from Christmas and still not here.. Poor customer service and can't get product shipped on time.. would never buy from company again for those reasons..
