Still waiting for it to arrive
Still waiting for it to arrive. It appears stuck in a shipping facility in New Jersey for the past 10 days. I contacted customer service and the response was just “keep waiting.” I’d love to be able to review the product, but I have nothing to review. So my poor pup and I just continue to wait . . .

Company stood behind their word
We had an issue with my pet's bed. Just recently Mr Fluffy sent us a new bed and our little girl loves it! Thank you for making this right!

I ordered the dog bed for my dog at the…
I ordered the dog bed for my dog at the end of November, however still to date (December 14th) I have yet to receive this item. I have written to the company & received a reply stating that I could trace the shipping. I have notified the company that it states that the package has been in NJ for several weeks. I'm completely frustrated with the service that I have experienced with MrFluffyFriend. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

Our dog loves it!
Speedy service & excellent follow up. And our beloved pooch Archie (a Bichon-Shitzu) loves the luxury comfort of his new bed. Though it’s so cosy it may be too warm for him in the summer. Great value!

I totally get that the warmth might be a bit much during those hot summer months, but hopefully, he'll stay cozy in the cooler seasons.
