🐶 where’s my bed?
304901 order number. Waiting for delivery, seems to be stuck in same place since the 11th today is the 18th. Ordered on the 4th. Will be happy to review when item arrives. Whew, delivery drivers are busy this time of year.

I don’t have my item yet
I don’t have my item yet. I ordered it a while ago and have not received any tracking information either. This is unacceptable and I would like my money back.

Haven’t received the 2 beds
Haven’t received the 2 beds. Very disappointed. 😔 thought we would have by now. Will never order again. Whoever heard of asking for our experience before we even get the order…..so wrong!!!!!

I have never received my order
I have never received my order, I placed on December 2. I recently ordered a dog bed and am very disappointed with the experience. I placed my order on the 2nd, but I still haven't received any email confirmation or tracking number. This lack of communication is frustrating and leaves me uncertain about the status of my purchase. I expected better service and would appreciate a prompt response regarding my order. Thank you. You charged my account on the second for both dog beds, and never sent me an order number.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Ordered a bed on 30th November and I'm still waiting for it on 17th December. After reading the recent reviews I decided to contact my credit card company to raise a dispute with the aim of getting a refund. I'm being fobbed off by customer service that it's on the way but I've not even had a dispatch notification and the Royal mail tracking number provided says there is a problem, so that's clearly not valid. Something is seriously wrong with this company.

Still waiting
I ordered my do a bed in December 4, 2024 and have yet to receive it, December 17. I emailed company and they responded with an email and tracking number, which told me on December 9 it was in New Jersey, I’m in New York, still waiting. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
