I bought a bed for my dog for 90.00
I bought a bed for my dog for 90.00. It is made cheaply. It was medium size. The baffles inside are with a thin covering with a lot of pieces of foam inside. There are 4 sections which I do not understand. Why wasn't there just one baffle? I am trying to send it back. I had to five one star because of the system but otherwise I would given a "0".

Terrible customer service and very difficult returns, not worth trying. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for a return and even though I have followed the return procedures and paid £9 for the return, I receive the same repetitive response, your return has not been received. When asked for the complaints procedure (twice) I have been ignored. Do not use this company

Hi Nicola, we’re sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been. We completely understand your concern, especially after waiting several weeks for your refund. We’ve checked your communication with our customer support team, and at this time, your return has not yet been confirmed as received by our returns facility. As you’re unable to provide a return tracking number, our team is still actively looking into this and coordinating with the relevant team to verify whether the package has arrived. We understand that this situation has been frustrating, and we’re sorry for the repeated back-and-forth. We hope to have this clarified for you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience while our team investigates.

New and improved design works for my large, enthusiastic lab.
I originally purchased Mr. Fluffy for my big lab in Dec 2023. Unfortunately, he destroyed the bed after 2 weeks. He destroys most toys too. I left a review stating as much. The company reached out in June of 2026. They claimed to have redesigned the bed and wanted to replace the original free of charge. Who does this? New and improved Mr. Fluffy arrived 2 weeks later. I left my lab's other bed he had in the same room for 2 months with Mr. Fluffy. He's now sleeping exclusively on Mr. Fluffy and has not destroyed it. So yes, this company surprised me with their service and diligence in actually creating a great product for larger dogs too. Cause anyone can make a perch for a 10 lb pet. Thank you.

Thank you so much, Lisa! 🐾 Your story truly means a lot to us. We remember that your enthusiastic Lab put the original bed through its paces, so hearing that he’s now choosing the new and improved MrFluffyFriend exclusively — and has left it intact — is fantastic! 😂💙 We’re so grateful you gave us another chance and for your kind words about our commitment to improving the product. Give your Lab an extra cuddle from us! 🐶

McFuffyFriends gave exceptional supply service when shipping our pets new bed, The bed had changed dramatically giving our pet a lovely well padded base to sleep on and shorter fluff which has the benefit of easy cleaning and was a perfect size. Our pet adjusted very quickly . If we need a new bed in the future I would not hesitate to purchase .
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Aug 30, 2026
Thank you so much, Richard! 🐾 We’re delighted to hear that you’re happy with the improvements to the bed and that your pet settled in so quickly. We’re especially glad the fuller, well-padded base and shorter fluff are working well for both comfort and easy cleaning. 💙 We’d be honoured to welcome you back whenever you need another bed!

Happy and Fluffy - You made it right!
I recently received the new and improved MrFluffyFriend for our 8 1/2 year old Vizsla. My previous experience was very underwhelming and my review less than complimentary. I received and email...."We’d like to make this right"... and they took my review seriously. I give credit to the company for taking their customer feedback seriously and I recently received the new and improved version. The new and improved bed lives up to the description on their website and our girl happily curls up in her super comfy bed. It is soft and fluffy with covers that can be removed for cleaning and a filling that can be aired and re-fluffed for it longevity. Thank you Bob for your follow-up. Your commitment to the entire experience for customer service, product quality, delivery process and professionalism is outstanding. More companies should be like yours.

Thank you so much, Barbie! 🐾 We’re incredibly grateful that you gave us the opportunity to make things right. Hearing that the new and improved bed now lives up to your expectations and that your Vizsla happily curls up in her cosy new spot means so much to us. 💙 Thank you for recognizing our team’s efforts and for your incredibly kind words about Bob and our commitment to the customer experience. We truly appreciate you!

Materiaal is niet wat ze beschrijven
Materiaal is niet wat ze beschrijven. Traagschuim is ei doppen schuim dus goedkope Chinese rommel. En dan moet je het op eigen kosten terug naar Duitsland sturen.
