Bed is amazing and worth every penny
Bed is amazing and worth every penny! My dog doesn’t normally like or use dog beds, but she crawled right into this one and sleeps in it!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 6, 2026
Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Elizabeth! We’re thrilled to hear that your pup, despite not usually being a fan of dog beds, immediately crawled into her MrFluffyFriend and settled in. That truly means a lot to us! We hope she enjoys many cosy, restful naps in her new favourite spot. Thank you for choosing us and for sharing your experience!

The high quality and softness of the bed is excellent!!! My problem is that the couch as it was called did not inflate properly. I looked for instructions but could not find any. The couch is flat on the floor. I am trying to figure out where to place the couch. Received nicely but they dogs do not use it. I am putting the dogs bed underneath to make it more comfortable. One cat likes it!!

We’re sorry to hear that the dog sofa didn’t arrive in the condition you expected, Lelia, especially after you were pleased with the quality and softness. We understand how disappointing it must be to see it lying flat and not yet being used by your dogs. We’ll reach out to you via email and provide a helpful video showing how to properly set up and fluff the dog sofa so it can reach its optimal condition. We hope this helps your pups discover just how cosy their new sofa can be! 🐾

Thank you so much for your kind review, Mary! We’re especially happy to hear that Max has finally had the chance to enjoy his new bed and that he loves having plenty of room to stretch out. 🐾 We’re glad we could replace the bed for you, and it’s wonderful to know that Max’s first impression was such a positive one. Please give our comfort-loving Labrador a big cuddle from us, and thank you for recommending MrFluffyFriend to other larger-dog owners!

Another fed-up customer with MrFluffyFriend
I am another customer who paid for an 'uncool' cooling mat, which was really just a piece of fabric, and attempted to return it via Royal Mail to MrFluffyFriend in Germany. Out of pocket for both the cooling mat and the return postage. It has finally been returned to me undelivered. Absolutely disgusted with this company and advise others NOT to order from them. They are very good at replying to this review with apologies, but still no money back from them!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 4, 2026
We’re truly sorry to hear about the trouble with your return, Sia. That is definitely not the experience we want to provide. Regarding the cooling mat, we understand your expectations. It is not designed to feel ice-cold to the touch, as it works by dissipating your pet’s body heat rather than using ice or gel. Our customer service team will look into your return and assist you further with this matter.

The worst thing I've ever ordered in my life piece of crap waited forever and then comes pieces of poop. Maybe I'll give it one more day see if there's a miracle but there's three slots and 3 pillows one one big one is not at all what I expected , I hope tomorrow the piece of crap bed awakens... I'm soo sad

We’re very sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the calming cushion, Tricia. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive it and find the cushions looking different from what you expected. The calming cushion is shipped vacuum-packed and does require proper assembly and fluffing to regain its intended shape and comfort. We hope you’ve had a chance to follow the instructions, as gently pressing, massaging, and redistributing the filling can make a significant difference. We also have a step-by-step video guide available for the assembly and fluffing process. We can see that one of our customer support representatives is already assisting you, so we hope they can help you get everything set up properly and address your concerns directly. We’re sorry again for the disappointment and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to help.

Australia in a week!
The bed arrived in Australia just 1 week after order! When I unpacked it one of my dogs was in it before it hit the ground. Then my other Bichon sniffed and joined her. They LOVE their new bed! It looks beautiful too! Big red plush cushion gos with my decor!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 1, 2026
Thank you, Jude! What a lovely welcome for the bed — one Bichon getting in before it even hit the ground and the other joining right behind! 🥰 We’re so happy they both love it, and we’re glad the red plush cushion looks beautiful with your décor too. Enjoy your new cosy spot!

Not worth the money
Not worth the money. Cheaply made, definately not an orthopedic bed. The padding inside is very thin in spots, lumpy in other spots. Very disappointed, I would send it back but I understand it costs quite a bit to return it. I have two Sheppards and neither dog has slept on it. There are much better beds from other company's, This bed is really a mess!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Sep 1, 2026
We’re very sorry to hear that the dog sofa did not meet your expectations, Audrey. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We hope you’ve had a chance to follow the instructions on how to properly assemble and fluff up the dog sofa, as this can help redistribute the filling and bring the bed to its optimal condition after being vacuum-packed. We’d really like the opportunity to assist you, so we’ll also reach out to you by email with guidance on the proper setup. We hope we can help improve your experience and get the sofa into a condition your Shepherds can enjoy.
