Purchase date 12/13/24 and have not received product currently. Followed up with customer support and was told to wait 20 to 30 days. Disappointed ☹️

Received nothing. UPS has a label. Nothing more. Contacted them repeatedly but no response. Going to take it up with my credit card.

The bed is fabulous . Our dog Lola spends most of her time there. It did take quite a while to receive but the people at this company were always pleasantly forthcoming and responsive.

We had purchased a MrFluffyFriend bed for my dog last year and she loves it. We felt she needed a new one as the padding on the bottom had gotten thin. I ordered the same size as I did last year but it is a smaller bed, significantly. We followed the directions as to when to let our dog finally settle in & she looks like she's already outgrown the bed & the padding is nothing like the old one was. She has not gotten any longer then she was last year. Since she loved the previous bed, it was a no brainer to get the exact same one this year but I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

Seeing these bad reviews are nice knowing I'm not the only one! Ordered Dec 6th,and still no package, still no answers( no customer service!) As of Jan3rd. They just thank me for my patience! Just all around $69 mistake from trusting this shitty company!!

I ordered an XXL bed, on November 30, 2024. I am still waiting for the item. I paid $89 for the bed which was promptly withdrawn from my account. I received an email from MrFluffy on 12/13/24 stating, "On average, [I] can expect [my] order to arrive within 7-15 days." I'm still waiting. What's up?

I placed my order on December 7th and have still not received it. They advertise their shipping as "Premium, track and trace". I track my order every single day and it STILL shows as sitting in New Jersey as it did on day one and is labelled "USPS AWAITING ITEM" I've emailed their customer support (or rather lack thereof ) but hey have stopped responding to my request for an update on my order. No phone number available to speak to someone. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Happy to take your money, but not to ship your order or to assist further.

I ordered in early December and am still waiting for an update, I was given a shipping number once..2 weeks later it still says label created and I cannot get a response from customer service
