I never received my order. The credit card was charged but the package never arrived. I contacted the company but never received a reply. Money down the drain….Never again will I order from them.

I was so excited for my fluffy friend to get here and it is now 20+ days and it says it is still waiting to even be shipped. The response from MrFlyffyfriend has been ok but still no product

Order was confirmed on December 14th. Have not received the order and tracking says it has not left the warehouse. I communicated with some robot who gave me the usual nonsense about hoping I would be happy. I am not. It is the 4th of January and I have received nothing but platitudes. Do better. Get me my order
