In need of a new dog bed, I took advantage of special pricing offered during the holidays placing an order on 12/16. After 10 days of no order confirmation but still awaiting a delivery because the charge was processed, I reached out via email requesting the status of my order. No response. Allowing for the holidays to end, I reached out again on 1/1 via email noting that if no response was received, I would dispute the charge. Two additional days have passed and no comment, no item, no need to send. I do not know about the product, but if customer service is any indication, I suggest you move on to a better source.

I placed an two orders on December 15th and still have not received it. I’ve contacted customer support numerous times as the tracking info has not been updated since the day it supposedly left the facility. It’s now January 3 rd and no new updates. They refuse to give a refund. Looks like this is an ongoing issue for this company.

LIES!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! The positive reviews are fake! I don't understand why this website is still up; I've reported it to the BBB, and the next step is to get my money back! shipping takes 14-22 days. BS! I should've ordered from PetSmart or Petco! I will never do business with MrFluff again.

Terrible place to do business. Constant lying about shipment. Waiting over a month????? Do do business with these people. Pawfect is more trustworthy.

Purchased a dog bed on December 12, 2024. It’s January 3rd and the item has still not arrived.

I am STILL waiting for this bed for my 14 1/2 year old dog! I hope it comes BEFORE she passes but I don’t think so at this time! You should NOT be advertising this product for sale when you haven’t full filled previous orders!! Beware people!!!

I ordered a dog bed on December 10, 2024. Received email it was dispatched and a tracking number on December 23th. My bank account was charged the purchase price on 12/12. I still do not have the item I purchased and cannot get anyone to give me a valid reason or update on where is my package. The tracking number shows the carrier is still awaiting the package and has been the same info since 12/14. I just want what I ordered or my money back. Contacting them continually through the online form and nothing is happening. No wonder they do not Post a phone number.
