I would love to leave a review. I ordered the bed on 15 Dec 24. As of 5 Jan 25, I have yet to receive the bed. The USPS location finder says it has never left Indiana. How is that for a review!!!!

Ordered in 12/13/2024. As of 01/04/2025, I still do not have the item I ordered and paid for. I live in Florida. It sat in a shipping facility in Illinois for 2 weeks. From there it went to a distribution center in California. Just ridiculous. Would not attempt to order from this company again.

ery dissapointed. Ordered December 17th..........still no bed. It is now January 6, 25 and still no bed or explanation Customer service said it shipped from their facility on December 20th...not true... USPS does not confirm receipt..... When I emailed CS, (because no phone number is made available}, I was given a USPS tracking number. When I check the tracking number, it shows USPS is still waiting on the product. So I addressed it again with support and received no response. Don't buy from this company, they have huge customer service and shipping issues.

I ordered a bed+blanket for my dog in November 2024, it took more than a month to arrive. I ordered an XXL bed (39 in) barely fit my lab...at best is 30 in. The pictures in the website depict a big dog on a fluffy bed...the bed has almost not cushion at all. I paid $89 for a bed that I could have gotten by $40 at a pet store. The blanket is 30 x 20 (pillow cover size) and the material es very cheap. I paid $36...I just saw a much nicer, bigger blanket in sale at $17. Make yourself a favor, do not buy any products from this company.

While I ordered a bed for my dog the first part of December, it still hadn’t arrived. Our local post office tracked it for me last week and said it was still at a post office about 2 hours from my home.

I just received a request from you to review the purchase I made on 12/14/2024. I contacted you Christmas eve to inquire and you couldn't even tell me where the item was in transit. It is 01/05/2025, and I still have not received this dog bed. Get your service level fixed.
