Deceiving company. My order hasn’t even been shipped for 3 weeks. They keep lying how the package “ left “ their facility to USPS, when in matter of a fact it haven’t. They print the label so it looks like its shipped when its not. I have had multiple conversations with them about canceling the order since this was meant to be as a gift for Christmas. It’s January 5th and my item is still “ processing “ They claim that they are unable to cancel the order and I can return it when I receive it - return costs covered by the buyer. Not going to happen

I like the bed but they run very small and it is too small for my desired purpose. Buy 2 sizes bigger than they suggest for your breed.

I ordered my product last year and still haven’t received it. Also, the pet that this was for has since died so they won’t get to experience it. I’m sure that both of these incidents are atypical and somewhat coincidental. However, on the fluffy friend side of it all, I don’t understand how hard it is to ship a pillow. Finally, how does Mr fluffy friend send an email asking for feedback, and still no word on when I’ll receive my product? Is this all a scam? Who knows, because no actual person has communicated anything to me ever. If I do get my pillow I’ll def let the internet world how great it is or isn’t. Until then, it’s all a mystery.

Same as many others. Ordered Item on 12/9/24, today is 1/5/2025 and STILL NO ITEM. Of course, the low-lifes in Customer Service keep telling my it's on its way. Company sucks, CS sucks.

Still waiting for my dog's bed to arrive. It's been 22 days since I placed my order. Nowhere did they indicate there would be these long, long long shipping times. If only they had offered expedited shipping, which I of course would have opted for if I had known how long it would take. Where do they ship from, Outer Mongolia? My poor pub still awaits. He's sad , and I'm mad.

The high rating reflects my satisfaction with the product. Once received, all good! Our lab LOVES this bed and sleeps so much better! I’ve read some complaints about the bed arriving flattened. It’s due to packaging. Run it through delicate wash cycle and air dry and it fluffs way up. The shipping process needs improvement. It took 30 days to arrive. Had I known up front, I would have been fine with it. It’s not a good idea to commit to a 10-14 day window if it isn’t possible. ESP around the holidays. That’s my only complaint. Customer service was always very prompt and as helpful as possible.

I ordered 2 beds on 12/13/2024 and received them on 1/4/2025. I do not find the beds to be any different than the beds I bought my dogs 5 years ago for $20.00.
