Bed fallen apart within 2 days and…
Bed fallen apart within 2 days and customer service is beyond unhelpful. They have a 30 day return policy that is only valid if the bed is unused which essentially makes the return policy non-existent. Do not buy!

i ordered two of the anxiety beds in…
i ordered two of the anxiety beds in December 2024 and I just received one last week, but still awaiting the second dog bed. Delivery is very slow and why could you not have mail two together. A little disappointed in the bed's filling on the pad. Doesn't seem enough padding could do better on filling fuller and deeper.

My dog absolutely loves this bed
My dog absolutely loves this bed. But when I ordered a second one it’s now been in process for almost a month. I have sent two emails to the customer service department with absolutely no response. Of course they’ve already charged my credit card for the bed. On 2/10 the bed arrived. I never heard from customer service but thank you to whoever took care of tracking this down and getting it to me.

Lovely X-L bed - Great Colour, Happy Labrador
The XL doggy bed is great. Our 47kilo Red Fox Ferret Lab is so happy. The Magenta colour is very special and big older (8 years) doggy needs comfort and support. What I liked was the speed of delivery and the communication when I asked for info (didn't get the original order confirmation).

Ordered my bed January 6th it’s now…
Ordered my bed January 6th it’s now February with no ship date it’s still processing. When I reached out to the they responded with it takes 20 to 30 days to get it to me . Still waiting and can’t get a refund. Very very frustrating

This dog bed is complete garbage
This dog bed is complete garbage. Not enough stuffing and basically your pet is laying on the ground with the sides of the bed flopping over. The pictures are not of the same product received. There is no way this bed is going to do anything for my pet’s anxiety as claimed.

Getting Accustomed
My dog loves his new MrFluffyFriend bed. He is 6 years old, and is slowly getting accustomed to how comfy it is.

Mr Fluffy has a Friend in our household ....
Mr Fluffy has excellent products, the beds are quite nice and soft, colorful as well. Various sizes also. Prices are competitive. Excellent communication back and forth, which is the key to biz in this 21st century. Being spoiled by Amazon, shipping could be improved slightly, however all in all, it was a great experience for us and our puppies ....
