My dog did not like the bed
My dog did not like the bed. Would not use it. I contacted customer service. I asked for a refund. I was instructed that I would need to use the attached return label and pay for shipping. The warehouse to return item is in CHINA. Cost to ship item over $250.00. They would also probably claim that the item was returned LATE.

We begrijpen hoe belangrijk het is om de juiste maat te krijgen, vooral voor een cadeau, Rowena. Volgens ons systeem kon het teamlid dat u hielp uw bestelling annuleren op 6 februari 2025. Als u nog geen reactie of de annuleringsmail hebt ontvangen, controleer dan uw spam- of ongewenste e-mailmap, want het kan zijn dat deze daar is gefilterd. We hebben ons teamlid ook gevraagd om direct contact met u op te nemen om dit te bevestigen. Laat het ons weten als u verdere hulp nodig hebt!

At first I had an unhappy experience
At first I had an unhappy experience, but their Customer Service went above and beyond, and help me to resolve the issue, and now 1 of my fur babies has anxiety issues, and he Loves his bed, we had a little bit of thunder and instead of pacing the floor, he laid in his bed, it was Amazing.

5 weeks and multiple emails to get product
I received my product after 5 weeks and 10 emails. Each email response asked me to be patient while they contacted the carrier. I would not order from them ever again

Rückgabe unmöglich
Rückgabe unmöglich, weil das Paket nach China geschickt werden muss und das ist teuer ( ab 22€ ) Nicht sofort ersichtlich, das diese Firma eine chinesische ist. Hände weg !!

My Pet Family loves Mr. Fluffy Friend - Pixie and Dante'
I saw your ad, and immediately ordered the small bed for my new Grandpuppy, Pixie. She simply loved - went into the bed as soon as my sister, opened the package, and hasn't left it since. I then purchased the lovely yellow raincoat and a larger bed for my precious Dante' - the raincoat fit like a glove, but the bed I ordered was too small. The return was processed professionally and quickly. Pictures show both enjoying their Mr. Fluffy Friend gift. Thank you.

Auch ich habe ein billiges Hundebett erhalten, leider bin ich auf diese Betrügerseite reingefallen. Zuletzt wurden mir 30% Nachlass angeboten, andere Kunden bekommen hier 40% angeboten. Diese hätte ich auch gerne, dass der Kauf nicht ganz so ärgerlich ist. Vielleicht meldet sich ja der Kundenservice nochmal bei mir. Informiert euch gut vor dem Kauf, diese positiven Bewertungen kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen.

ACHTUNG BETRUG! Billiger Schrott aus China!!! Die können Sie selber bei Temu bestellen zu einem Bruchteil vom Preis von Mr.Fluffy... Negative Bewertungen auf ihrer Website werden gelöscht. Google Bewertung gibt es nicht mehr, da 95% negativ war! Zum Glück kann man Kunden noch bei Trustpilot warnen! Ich hoffe, ihr lest vor dem Kauf! Rücksendung teurer als Kaufpreis des überteuerten Billigschrott, deshalb ist eine Rücksendung unmöglich! Hände weg!!! Ich bin glücklicherweise nicht auf diesen Betrug reingefallen, aber jemand den ich kenne..
