If I could give it a 0, I would. I ordered an XL bed for a 40 lb. Goldendoodle, it is way too small. When I asked them to send it back, they emailed me almost immediately offering me a 30% discount if I wanted to keep the bed and upgrade to a larger one. Why would I keep it if it's too small? Also, I would have to incur the shipping costs if I return it to China. I emailed them back telling them I was disappointed and asked what the XXL bed would cost, NO RESPONSE. I waited forever for it to be delivered and was excited until I opened the box. Extremely disappointed! I would not give them the satisfaction of ordering anything else from them. Guess I will be giving it away to a small dog even though it's not that FLUFFY! Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered.
