Horrible!
Not at all what they said they were. I ordered 2 X-Latge beds for my 70lb dogs. That what was recommended. The size of the bed would JUST fit my 12 pound cat!! I have been trying to return the beds with no response. I’m very frustrated and annoyed. Would never recommend this company at all!!

I ordered 1 bed at regular price and a second bed with the 60% discount. I received my first bed, but did not receive the second bed. I have sent 2 e-mails to the company with no response. I would like the bed, but now I would like a refund. Unsure If I receive either as there is no phone number associated with this company. Best of luck to those that order from mrfluffyfriend

Not worth the price - just not sturdy enough for a dog.
The material encasing the "donut" portion of the bed is so thin (almost gauzy) that it can't withstand any "nesting" action - you know what I mean - when your dog paws at a material to fluff or nest their bed. In just a little over 30 days (sadly, just outside of the MrFluffyFriend return window), our new bed has several holes in it, with pieces of the stuffing material coming out. My dog isn't a chewer, isn't overly aggressive. The bed should be made to withstand such normal use. Won't purchase this again and can't recommend.

5* Waggy Tails for Product and Service
Extraordinarily well designed product! Terrific customer service! My problem is: How do I tell my Basset Hound I want to sleep in his bed? Ok we will sleep together in his bed! Soooo smoochy! Both dog and bed!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Mar 27, 2025
What a wonderful review—thank you, Jill! We're so glad both you and your Basset Hound are loving the bed. It sounds like the perfect cozy spot for both of you to share. Waggy tails and sweet dreams! 🫶💤

Absolutely shocking quality for top price , I started a return before I even took delivery as I was waiting 3 weeks with no shipping update. When the bed arrived , it was supposed to be 2XL you couldnt get a cat in it , the stuffing was coming out and the material the bed was made of comes out if teased ( something pets will do )Asked for a return which has to date been ignored( 3 days) so ive ended up doing a chargeback through my bank. Don't waste your time and money on another sham Chinese company making out they are UK based , they've got a.2 star rating for a.reason , they're crap.

The quality is very poor
The quality is very poor. They advertise with fully returnable, yes, that’s possible, but you have to ship it on own costs to China! Accepted the reduction, but hear nothing anymore. These fluffy’s are the same quality as when you buy it from company in China who sells them for a lower price. Poor customer service, in the beginning responding but later on a silence.
