We have a very anxious 5yr old golden doodle. She hates being left alone and fireworks can’t be avoided. Her bed is her sanctuary and she loves to sleep in it. When her anxious events are over, she remains in her bed to sleep!

At Christmas time I ordered two of the extra large anxiety reducing beds. I have four dogs and they share. It took a little while for my order to come so I had several back-and-forth emails with Mr. fluffy friend trying to track it down. The first one arrived a week before the second one, even though I had ordered them both in the same order. I had read some other reviews while waiting for this product that said that they were flimsy and cheaply made. I was regretting my purchase before they even arrived! The reviews also said that the company never contacted people back with answers to questions. NONE OF THIS IS TRUE !!!!! The company responded to each and every email I sent them with a personal response, not a canned response, within 24-36 hours. They also followed up with me after receiving the product to make sure everything was well. I have to say those two beds are amazing! The four dogs have a rotation where they determine who’s sleeping on what when. During the afternoons when they’re taking their naps I have one golden doodle and one Pekingese on each bed. At night I keep one of them in my bedroom and they seem to run to see who’s the first one to get into the bedroom to take the bed for the night! My most recent purchase was the cooling mat. As spring has not quite sprung here in upstate New York I have not had the opportunity to try it, but I’m sure it’s going to be everything it’s supposed to be and more, just like the fluffy beds. I have washed the beds in a front loading washer on gentle and they came out great! I did not put them in the dryer. Great company. I hope they absorb the tariffs for the customers- this too shall pass😉❤️

Bonjour, J’ai commandé 2 paniers un pour mon chat et l’autre pour mon chien. Je suis extrêmement déçue par la qualité, celui de mon chien est plat comme une crêpe, vu le prix ce n’est pas du tout normal. On trouve les mêmes à des prix beaucoup plus intéressants, je ne recommande pas.

I've been emailing all week and still no response all I want is a refund yet this company ignores my emails I am now going to take this further ,this is disgusting

Extremt dålig kundservice om du fått fel vara eller om det är fel på varan. Allt är kundens fel. Min första köpupplevelse var bra men denna gången var galen. Fick strlk 50 skulle ha 70 och sömmarna var vända utåt jätte farligt om hundarna biter i dem. Vilket hundar gör. Nu är mitt inlägg rapporterat. Kul Nu skickar de email och ber mig ta bort inlägget. I bought one of the beds last year and my little dog loved it it wasnt particularly good quality but did the job. Decided to buy another however the bed delivered was the wrong size, hard and lumpy. Attempted to obtain a replacement or refund and despite numerous photographs of packaging, tracking, receipts and photographic measurements no liability was accepted. Offer send back to China, thought I had bought from USA, at my cost roughly £30 or accept a 10% refund. I await my refund.

The bed is ok. But I wanted to return it sens it is to small fI'or my Grey hound. I wanted to return it and get a bigger size. But costum service sent me an email wich told me that i could get 15 % back on the amout to not return the bed. I still want to return it but it is in China and that will cost me alot of money to send it back. I told them so and i got 30% back on the purchase but that is still to low. It dosen't say on there homepage that the return is in China. I live in Sweden. I will not by from Mrfluffy ever again.

Empfehle den Artikel in der Kronenzeitung vom 26.03.2025. Rückversand nach China auf Kosten & Risiko für den Käufer. Diesen Shop kann man absolut nicht empfehlen.
