Sad fluff
The quality that is advertised and what i received isn't the same. My 58 pound Labrador needs more cushion. The fur quality does not look safe to even wash so over all not happy. I will not bother to request a refund but not happy with produce.

Retourpakket naar China
Het kussen was op zich prima, helaas weigerden mijn hondjes om er op te gaan liggen. Van alles geprobeerd, niets hielp. Dus wilde ik van de prima retourvoorwaarden gebruikmaken, dacht ik. Tot bleek dat je de kosten voor het pakket moet betalen: NAAR CHINA. Tsja, dat kost rond de 50% van de aankoop.

Since receiving the Anxiety Dog Bed
Since receiving the Anxiety Dog Bed, my dog spends more time in it than out. She is an elderly lady 13years, does have arthritis I feel this product helps to soothe her aching joints, muscles. She’s had her bed for three days I’ve already noticed the difference in her sleep pattern. Not so restless. I had a step stool which she used to get up onto my bed where she used to sleep, every so often she would be changing positions moaning to find a comfortable position again. Now she sleeps longer without having to change her position. The stark change in three days is amazing. So happy for her. Again my sincere gratitude

I have requested a return and refund…
I have requested a return and refund seven emails sent so far with no response yet from this company / service dept which promises a reply in 24 hours. Dog bed is very poor quality and filling does not fit the cover so the bed is not fit for purpose now they reply saying l have got to send it back to China and pay import costs here. Or they will give me a discount of £13.50 from £89.00 Now they have offered me 30% off which equates to £26.70 so had to reluctantly accepted as l suspect that the parcel would not get to China in 30 days to obtain full refund!! Not including postage and import tax!.

De mand is niet zo fluffy als op de…
De mand is niet zo fluffy als op de foto. Hij is glad Hond durft er niet in. Wil je de mand terugsturen dan kost dat uit Nederland 62 euro. Als ik beter had gekeken had in hem echt niet besteld. Alleen al om de reden dat het dropshipping is.

Lasst die Finger davon, Retoure soll nach China in Originalverpackung. Geben vor ein deutsches Unternehmen zu sein, die langen Lieferzeiten von 8 bis 13 Tagen werden nicht damit begründet, dass es aus China kommt sondern aufgrund des hohen Bestellaufkommens.Ware ist minderwertig mit einem orthopädischen Bett hat dieses nichts zu tun.

The company is great, very helpful in every way, they want to please you and your furbaby. I have bought 3 beds for my golden retriever and she loves them, best beds I have come across and used They are worth having.
