Worst dog bed I have ever seen
Worst dog bed I have ever seen, nothing like what was promised - utter rubbish and no comfort for a dog. They are very lazy in getting back to you - the bed is rubbish - stuffed with rubbish and the outer cover is quite the worst - avoid and they cost a fortune - I have a feeling I will have a battle on my hands for returning and the customer is responsible for shipping - despite the fact it is nothing like the description - should be reported to trading standards - I am going to do just that -- AVOID

My Roxie loves her beds
My Roxie loves her beds. I bought the small, it was too little for her to stretch out. The customer support then gave me a deal on a bigger bed. Love it.

All I want is a return address but they are reluctant to provide this
The company seem reluctant to provide a return address. A simple request to allow me to send back an order that is too small. All I get is a representative will contact me in due course. So I'll ask the question again - what is the return address? Simple enough you would think. Let's wait and see what transpires for all to see

After I read some 1 star reviews
After I read some 1 star reviews, I had doubts as to whether this would be a good experience. However, their customer service was really polite and they sent me instructions which also came with the bed. What changed my mind was as soon as I unfurled the bed, my dog immediately wanted to be in it. It was for her and she loves it and that makes me a happy pet owner. The only negative was that it took nearly 2 weeks to get to me.

This bed is dollar store quality
This bed is dollar store quality. My 25 lb golden doodle can carry it around like a toy because it is soooo light weight. There is absolutely no support and looks completely different than the advertised photos. I decided to return it BUT it is from China and costs $45 to return it (in the original packaging-it is air sealed originally-good luck condensing it) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOG BED! It is a piece of crap.

Leider muss ich eine negative Erfahrung teilen. Ich habe ein tierfreundliches Anti-Bell-Halsband bestellt, das nach etwa zwei Wochen aus China eintraf. Das Gerät besitzt sieben verschiedene Stufen, jedoch funktionierten nur die letzten drei, und diese waren sehr laut, wenn meine Hündin bellte. Nach drei Tagen trat Blut aus ihrem Ohr aus. Ich wollte das Produkt zurücksenden, jedoch wurde mir ein Gutschein oder eine Rückerstattung von 40% des Preises angeboten, da sie keine Logistik in Europa haben. Soll ich das Produkt also nach China zurücksenden und bekomme ich erst nach der Rücksendung mein Geld zurück. Obwohl auf der Website steht, dass man die Ware unkompliziert zurückschicken kann, empfinde ich dies als reinen Betrug.
