The anxiety bed l ordered never reached…
The anxiety bed l ordered never reached it's size even after six days l contacted the seller but my issue is unresolved l ordered large and being honest it's small very disheartened by the whole scenario cost to ship it what l thought was the UK turns out to be China so not worth it l won't buy again leaves my poor anxious girl without what l thought would help her

Decepcionado
Sí, parece lo de la foto, pero es decepcionante. El relleno es bastante pobre. A mi perrete no le gusta, se echa y al rato se tira en el suelo. 90€ a la basura.

Tenga en cuenta que nuestros cojines para perros están llenos de aspirador para el envío, por lo que es normal que se vean planos al principio. Sacudir y esponjar suavemente la cama puede ayudar a recuperar su forma y comodidad previstas. También le enviaremos un correo electrónico de seguimiento para abordar sus inquietudes directamente y brindar asistencia.

Grootste miskoop die je kan maken.
Hondenmand besteld maat XXL, voor onze Duitse Herdershond, maar helaas hebben we 'n plat (soort van) dekentje ontvangen waar net 'n mini hondje op past. Lijkt in de verste verte niet op het aanbevolen produkt. We gaan geen moeite doen om het kleedje te retourneren, dat geeft nog meer ergenis Mail naar Fluffy gestuurd, dat we zeer teleurgesteld en ontevreden zijn over het geleverde produkt en nu kunnen we korting krijgen, dat lost niets op, het blijft 'n harig dekentje.

Hond in de pot!
Een maand niet-goed-geld-terug garantie. Twee manden voor 160 euro bedoelt voor honden met pijnlijke botten. Echte FLUFFY manden zouden het zijn... Ontvang je een dunne slappe mand, en deze komt in niets ook maar in de buurt van de mand zoals aangeprezen op deze website. (MrFlyffyFriend.nl). Wel zwaar door de pluche buitenkant en het formaat. Een van onze klantenservicemedewerkers heeft al contact met je opgenomen om je zorgen rechtstreeks te bespreken, en we waarderen je geduld enorm terwijl we dit samen met jou oplossen. Ter verduidelijking: onze bedden worden vacuüm verpakt voor verzending, waardoor ze er in eerste instantie plat uit kunnen zien. Als je ze laat luchten en ze een beetje opschudt, krijgen ze hun bedoelde vorm en zachtheid weer terug.

Gewoon een temu mandje van 3 euro maar…
Gewoon een temu mandje van 3 euro maar dan voor 63 euro. Geretourneerd 32,50 verzendkosten. Toen ik de retour melde kon ik ineens korting krijgen(snap ik want ze verdienen er zoveel aan) alles om je die mand maar te laten houden. TRAP HIER NIET IN, KOOP DAN RECHTSTREEKS BIJ TEMU!

Poor quality, not as pictured
I have bought the calming dog cushion, which on the website, looks supportive and quite a substantial bed. I received it over a week ago. Vacuum packed. As soon as I unpacked it I knew it was never going to look like advertised. I got in touch and requested a refund and sent photos. They asked me to give it a couple of days to plump itself. 8 days later, it has recovered slightly but is filled with small balls of foam. I’ve been in touch with them three times now and each time they fob me off. Most recently they asked me to take the cushions ( if that’s what you want to call them) out and plump them up and send a video of myself doing this. Seemingly a new product and they asked me to review it after I bought it. I have sent a different person my feedback with no response. This bed is advertised for £89 down from £200 or something. It’s not worth either of those price tags and I wish I had come on here before buying. I have sent them vids and photos and I am wondering how else they are going to stall coming to collect and giving me a refund.

The company is very service minded and…
The company is very service minded and I really like dealing with them. The delivery took a few days longer because the original delivery company couldn't find our home and another one finally came. The bed is just the right size and Toby loves it.
