Don't order online from China
Before ordering anything online: Rule 1: READ THE REVIEWS! Question: what is the proportion of good to bad reviews? Rule 2: READ THE RETURNS POLICY! Question: what is the return address? I won't accuse this organisation of running a scam, but it is a con. Our daughter ordered a dog bed for our new puppy two years ago, and it is still clean, intact, ad robust. The slightly larger one we ordered before Christmas is clearly of lower quality, and does not provide any support for Rory's head. The only advice we have been given is to make sure we fluff it up (we have); if we don't like it, we can return it -- to CHINA -- at our expense, or donate it to charity. Our initial impression of the customer service response was favourable, but now we feel that we my have been talking to AI. The organisation is NOT passionate about your pet's happiness: it is passionate about fleecing the stupid westerners to China's advantage. PS: Did you watch Rip-off Britain this morning (6 Jan 2026)? All about rip-off Chinese companies specialising in PET GOODS, and unable to offer a proper refund/return scheme?
