Fraud alert
As advertised they are supposed to provide full refunds. I paid $25 to return a dog bag to them which never was open because my dog passed away before he got to use it and I have been awaiting a refund. I keep getting an email response saying they are looking into the warehouse package but never received a refund.

Tja wat zal ik zeggen...na een…
Tja wat zal ik zeggen...na een hondenmand besteld te hebben de reviews gelezen..was ff schrikken heb ik meteen de koop geannuleerd. Was nog dezelfde ochtend...dacht dat geld ben ik kwijt...maar nee hoor vandaag geld retour ontvangen. Dat was netjes.

Vorsicht vor diesem Shop
Billigste chinesische Ware, die teuer verkauft wird! Entspricht in keiner Weise den Fotos auf der Website. Trotz Größentabelle viel zu klein konzipiert. Eine Rücksendung ist so gut wie unmöglich, da das Kissen auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückgeschickt werden müsste. Finger weg von diesem Shop!

Engaño
La verdad es que para 120 euros que cuesta la cama, cuando la he abierto me ha parecido ridícula. Me parece un engaño. Mi perra que es mayor y pesa 30kg me da la sensación que la pobre cuando se tumbe va tocar el suelo. Me siento engañada

They don’t deserve any stars
They don’t deserve any stars, and I think this company is a big scam! I returned the bed the following day after receiving it. UPS delivered it to them on 1/17/26 and I am STILL waiting for my $59 refund! They’re very good at delay tactics! The bed was not used! I opened the package, realized it was too small and returned it promptly. Where is my refund????

Hondenkussen
Ik had het kussen gezien op de site en het was wat ik zocht. Ook gemakkelijk was dat je kon vermelden voor welk ras hond je zocht en zo de afmeting kon vastleggen

18 emails of complaint since November…
18 emails of complaint since November 2025 and I have had to get help with PayPal as these people refuse to refund a defective bed. I bought 2 beds and they refunded one with the same fault they even expect me to pay for the postage to return it. Now a partial refund of £35 instead of £119. Don’t buy from these people the beds are advertised as being washable!! Good luck with that as the liners are made with paper and when taking off the cover to wash it there was foam pieces everywhere. Arrogant unhelpful customer service. Don’t buy this rubbish!!!!!

Achtung
Achtung: bestellt keine Hundekissen bei MrFluffy!!! Sie sind nicht richtig befüllt und extrem flach. Unsere Hunde legen sich nicht darauf, da das Material sofort nachgibt und sie dann auf dem harten Boden liegen. Rücksendemodalitäten unmöglich. Man soll das Kissen nach China zurücksenden. Kosten mindestens EUR 50,--
