The site is great. Mike and Andrew are great. By joining, you get to be welcomed into an incredibly supportive, informative and motivating private group on Facebook. You really get so much more than just a program. The online video exercise library is a great help. Any questions I've had regarding the program have been answered in a very timely manner. Would buy again.

Moveu is an excellent program and has opened my eyes to how imperative it is to move correctly, maintain proper body mechanics, and to apply this all day every day no matter what I am doing. I have become very self aware to how I move and even realized when I would go to PT for issues in the past that I had been doing exercises with incorrect form without being corrected! Dr. Mike and Andrew are amazing and so knowledgeable. If you are debating on enrolling do it! It’s worth it !

Wow!!
This company truly cares about YOU reaching your goals. My only reservation are some of the post the members place in their Facebook page. It would be great if there was a mechanism that allowed the company to screen what is posted prior to all the members being able to view it.

MoveU has helped out with a lot of my problems I was having with my arches in my feet, hip pain and the pain I have in my shoulders .

MoveU has been absolutely transformative to me. I'm only halfway through Phase 1 and I'm moving better and am basically pain free. Before MoveU I was struggling to walk in any capacity whatsoever and now I'm able to walk pain free. I can't wait to see how much more I improve following the program.
