I have found the MoveU program to be based on solid principles: correct pisitioning and movement of the body can help prevent injury.

When i first started in September i thought it was just a program like anyother exercise. But in reality it is much more . everyone is so supportive and helpful .you feel youre part of something special . i may still have along way to go but im better than when i started . moveu has really change my mindset on how to deal with pain .
