These guys have figured out what the medical community has not, primarily because the medical community does not/can not look at the whole picture across the medical disciplines (e.g. doctor, chiro, accu, physical therapy, massage, etc.). The ability to have on demand videos is a game changer. No one can remember proper form after visiting an office for an hour 3 days a week. Video on demand gives you an instance reference point.

Re-learning how to use my body and being aware of my daily movements is the thing I love most about MoveU. I can change how I feel by participating in making myself better and healthier.

All the exercises and stretches are described well and the videos are easy to follow. The "whys" and "how" are explained which is important to me in order to understand what and why I am moving as either an old habit or new way. Most importantly is the mindset of movement for living. My purpose for the MoveU method is the practice of movement for living an unlimited life. Xoxo

This is the best program to either avoid injury/pain or to re over from injury/pain. The full body approach, community support and constant feedback is amazing.

MoveU provides detailed and specific movements and techniques of the full body which assist with pain, discomfort, as it improves your body awareness.

After 4 years of doctors visits and physical therapy sessions, my back and neck pain has only progressed. I stumbled upon MoveU 6 weeks ago and have started a transformative journey. The community is so helpful and inspiring. The program takes a lot of work but there are no magic bullets. Whats important to me is that the program gives me the agency to make progress. I'm not stuck waiting a week for a PT appointment when I have an issue. I share it with the community and low and behold the trainers have answers for me, and can direct me to different parts of the program to solve those issues. I've made outstanding progress in just 6 weeks but still have a long way to go. Its a fun process and I'm so glad I found MoveU.

This program has really changed my life and point of view as a personal trainer. The way all the exercises and techniques are explained are very visual and honestly Andrew's way of teaching us has helped all the information I learned as a Personal Trainer to sync with my body.
