I think the program itself is great, educational, professional. Like the lives on Instagram - my only complaint would be IG AND lIG LIVES. Can just get a little raunch with language and suggestive stuff. Listen, I love humor and can tolerate potty mouth and all that- I get it- but at times it just takes an unnecessary turn and dilutes the professionalism of the program. The guys know what they are doing - the modules are useful and valuable and well done and I appreciate the honesty, passion and investment they are making to impact the lives of others. . I’m really enjoying going through the program - it’s not only helping my own body but has serves as an inves in my own clients.

I'm just in the early stages of this program and taking my time with it yet taking it very seriously. I absolutely love it, the breakdown of the info, the way it's presented, the practical application, and the real world results. So very happy with it thus far.

These people are awesome. Exactly what I was looking for. Nothing outside there even compares to this. I honestly feel like I never have to go to PT again and could just do MoveU forever. I love it

Gosh. CANNOT say enough great things about Moveu. I absolutely loved it, it is such a well thought out program that actually WORKS!! And its not only a program to get out of pain, it’s a mentorship, a community, education!! You are never on your own. Also, it could work for an 80 year old grandma up to the college athlete!! That’s how raw it is! Plus Dr mike, Andrew and marisol are the greatest human beings on earth lol which is just a cherry on top! Worth the money for sure

This is an amazing program. It’s not a quick fix and requires work and dedication. Luckily they also have an amazing support group on Facebook, that keeps you motivated and up. I feel really lucky to live in a time where this exists. I’m getting stronger and my pain loses its hold, the more I progress.

What these guys are doing is priceless. I can’t wait to teach my kids how to move properly from a young age, that way they don’t have to be like daddy and try to correct all the years of bad movement. Thank you guys for what you do.

I’m kind of in between. I feel like the program is good, but the only support you have really is the Facebook community which I find to me strange. I feel like paying 1000 dollars and only have the support of random people (some of them being kind of rude) frustrates me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

amazing program. they really put these steps together to help you learn to put your self in the optimal pain free position/movements. great community. everyone should get MoveU.
