The explanations and instructions are easy to understand and make, as well I notice the difference in my body, much less pain.

Unbelievable program, now I look at the world of movement and pain in a whole different perspective. Also I think about how ridiculous and ignorant I was about the body, I can definitely say that I am no longer scared of pain and injuries I know down the line I will get injured again but it will be so much easier to fix and will not be a result of weakness/posture. Thanks to all those who work at MoveU truly a must buy.

I love MoveU, they've changed my life, for the past 10+ years I've gone to countless Physical Therapists/Doctors/Chiropractors & have spent thousands of dollars trying to get out of pain, nothing ever worked... until I found MoveU , they know how to get you better & how to motivate you to follow through. This program is going to be HUGE! It's literally changing people's lives!!!!!

Having a bulging disc in my L5S1 for more than 1 year and having a desk job is the worst thing in life... and trying fixing it with (epidural ejection, physio, chairopractor, changing all my shoes and bed mattress and and and etc). I found the solution is to do a microdiscectomy surgery, but I fear surgeries and started looking solutions online until I found MOVEU, all the way from DUBAI to the states.. By today I have finished half of the program but at this point am almost pain free, can run jump, sit on any kind of chair and more over can ride my jet ski in an open water normally.. I have never thought that I will get back to this life and more to come.. the great thing is that the founder was having the same issue so he knows what exactly is the solution.. I love MOVEU and as much as I say cant be thankful. God bless all the MOVEU team.

MoveU is an online forum that helps people free themselves from pain and dis-ease. I am so lucky to have found it! I've had 4 spine surgeries including one a few weeks ago. Finally I have hope because of MoveU. Mike and Andrew have created an online program that we can each do at our own pace. We realize we have the power ourselves to remove the pain from our bodies and to become strong. The online community in MoveU is incredibly helpful and generous with their responses. I've never experienced anything like it before! I highly recommend MoveU!
