MoveU is truly a blessing. I’ve been in pain and discomfort for 3-4 years. The program is setup beautifully and Andrew and Mike are the best at explaining and teaching anatomy and exercises. The exercise videos by Andrew are explained perfectly, guaranteeing your success. They walk us through being able to truly connect your mind with your body, which is vital to living a great and healthy life mentally and physically! Despite the program being online, they do a great job of connecting with everyone in the program and even have a platform for us to help each other. The health care system didn’t help me for years and MoveU has helped me in 2 weeks. People, do NOT sleep on MoveU! This stuff is so legit that it’s changing my life and will change yours!

Yeah I have no reservations paying the price tag for this program, about $700 on sale. I sort of did it on faith as it was all the free income I had at that time but I was desperate to see change in my situation and believing that debilitating neck pain at 27 just wasn't an option for me. About 4 months later I am in module 4 and I have a good control on what gives me pain. The pain itself has been reduced by 30-40% and I have an actual idea of what is causing it and how to solve it. It is also getting better day by day. I would say this program has been an answer to prayers for me and I highly recommend it to anyone.

The online support is amazing!!!!!!! I was reluctant to join the Facebook group but I am so happy I did. I can’t get over the expertise and community support. You really feel it when you’re in there. The program’s video content and quality is excellent, entertaining, accurate and informative. This is giving me more support and guidance than years of physical therapy. I still have some work to do but I am extremely satisfied with the program so far. If you’re on the fence about joining—-just DO IT! This is so worth the investment! You get more back than you realize. If you want to commit to something, commit to this program and to yourself. With dedication and focus this will help you get better. Your mind body connection will improve, your attitude will improve and your well being will too. No regrets on this one!

This company, and the group that they have formed are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them!
