I am only on module 4, but boy it is totally worth it! My goal was to learn to use my muscles better and to avoid injury during lifting. It feels awesome to "feel" I am activating and mindfully using targeted muscles with those seemingly easy movements. I found out some misalignments and weak points in my body. I become more aware of my daily postures and movements. It is just interesting and fun to understand my body better and strengthen it at the same time.

MoveU is life changing. I’m early in the program and already seeing some positive results. I’m becoming more and more aware of how to move properly and to activate muscles that I had no clue how to use before. I’m becoming educated on how I move throughout the day; sitting, standing, walking, etc. everything’s getting better... I still have some injuries I’m dealing with but can feel I’m getting stronger (especially my core). This is not a quick fix program and whatever injury or issue one has likely didn’t happen over night either. With patience and dedication results will come. Mike, Andrew, and the whole MoveU community really made/make this program worth every penny.

Worst case scenario for enrolling and dedicating yourself to this program is an education on the human body, movement, and how to keep yourself in good positioning/posture for a lifetime. Best case scenario you are able to fix your injuries and prevent future ones. To me? it's a no-brainer. Give it a try. I'm 1 1/2 months in and have seen significant improvement and education for a 10 year, chronic shoulder/instability issue. I'm not "fixed" yet, but feeling like I'm on the right track, and much more educated compared to years of working with a PT. At this point, I would highly recommend this program to almost anyone, especially someone with an injury that standard healthcare practices haven't been able to help.

Great program, especially the support group on Facebook where u can track your moves and overall performance, while getting feedback from other users all over the world! Fixing yo sh** and connecting with people. Amazing program, amazing people!

After trying chiropractic, PT and being told by a MD that I would just be on prescription pain killers the rest of my life, I started MoveU and within 2 weeks saw more improvement than I had from all the others combined.
