Excellent Material

Still in the beginning stages but so far I love it and feeling some improvement already!

If you’re really involved it works better. I initially gave a 3 star review, based on my opinion of their customer service & accommodations for their customers. Bobby quickly reached out to me to rectify the situation and I was pretty happy with the outcome. Overall the program is very helpful but will only help you if you help yourself. They’re all very knowledgeable & you have to be able to apply their information and motivate yourself to fix yourself or you’ll be disappointed in your personal progress. If you’re ready to work hard at improving your body, this is the program for you.

Great system for getting back into the basics. Helps to restore proper body position and function. Too often we become sloppy and lazy, throwing off our balance and creating problems down the road. It’s a slow start, but stick with it.

Excellent program.

I took the trial and it was very helpful. It has lots of good information and exercises. The only reason I did not continue is that I am 84 years old and a lot of the exercises are just too tough for me. I can do the regular clam shell exercise, but no way am I going to be able to do the Super Clam. Good luck to you guys. I think your program is a winner!

I've only been in the program for a little less than a month, and I'm already seeing improvements in my right hip! I had injured it a few years ago running sprints on an uneven grass field. Since then I've had a slight limp that sometimes kept me from hiking or doing I activities I love. I was getting quite discouraged after seeing chiropractors and physical therapists, and doing what seemed like a million stretches. The MoveU program has changed my expectations - I'm confident I'll be able to regain my flexibility, mobility, and strength. Thank you, MoveU!!
