The content is great, the platform could use some work. I wish we could download videos, or have an app. Sometimes the videos freeze on me. I'm using an Ipad to view the site. Thanks.

The program is great so far. I really like the explanations on how and why the movements work and the easy to follow videos.

These guys are very informative and post great videos. They add some great humor while making their point.

In a prefect word, everybody should follow this program. As we age, being able to do correct basic movement is essential. Using the toilet or picking up your keys from the ground when your 85 years old is only a squat and a basic hip hinge/deadlift motion.

I had high hopes however lack of customer support forced me to cancel before I could really get going. I was hoping this would help me however I think they have oversold their supposed commitment to people that buy their program. :(

I can not say enough. This program is amazing. Though the price tag appears steep at first, you quickly realize it is more than worth it. You could easily spend hundreds on a PT or coach and be nowhere in a few months time. Or even if you did do well and improve but then have a relapse a few month down the road. Then where are you? With MoveU, you can go through the program at your own pace and can always go back in modules if you choose to. The program is always there (for life), and imparts a mindset that keeps you working and improving even after you have recovered. You see, that's important thing about MoveU, it is not just about fixing a single problem, it is about moving and staying healthy for life. The staff do weekly coaching calls which are invaluable, and they are always available to answer your questions and help you in any way they can. Including, sometimes posting video explanations directly to your questions. Did I mention they are continually adding and improving content? YES, that too! The community forum is also incredible with members supporting and encouraging each other every day.

Customer Service was great! The shirt I ordered fell short in their inventory. Someone actually picked up the phone to reach out to me about switching up the order. I didn't realize companies did this sort of thing anymore. Very pleased with the quality and I love wearing my shirt most everywhere. 😏
