No program can fix you but you that’s why MoveU is a real game-changer. It is exactly what I expected it to be, support in guiding me through strengthening my posture by teaching me to be more responsible and more aware aboht my own body. And what’s good about it is you get to do all these with a community that is ever so un-lazy. Everyone in it is on fire, with or without pain, the dedication is paramount. I am so glad I found it. I have my own way of mixing it with my usual practices so I may have been unable to be as regular as everyone else in it but it has been working perfectly for me after a month of being in it. Looking forward to having this program for life!

Day 39 and killin it! Hi my name is Jakob and I´m from Sweden! I enrolled in the program due to bad posture that really bothers my arms and back. This program is the first thing that has give me results and the community is perfect! They have helped me improve my scap rotations and recommended me some strectes for the neck and chest! Helped me get some relief after 18 months of numbness and tingeling in my arms. Tack så mycket MoveU! (Thank you MoveU) LET´S DO THIS!
